Thank you for visiting our website and considering Bloomsburg Schoolhouse Apartments as a potential off campus housing accommodation for your son/daughter. Our organization, Bloomsburg Schoolhouse, LP, acquired the Schoolhouse Apartments at the beginning of the 2008 Spring Semester. Our objective is to meet the needs of our customers, you and your student(s).
We are committed to providing your student with a safe, clean, comfortable and student friendly living environment which is affordable. We will strive for excellence in meeting your needs. You may reach us at any time via our direct lines listed on the “Contact Us” page on this site. We will return your call within 24 hours. Over the summer we made some significant improvements to this property. We installed 24 hour internet monitored surveillance security cameras throughout the facilities. We also installed a new mailbox center with individual mailboxes for each apartment and a laundry room with self-service washers and dryers. These are just some of the many miscellaneous improvements we have completed as we strive to upgrade and raise the quality of life for your student at the Schoolhouse Apartments. Thank you for considering our Bloomsburg Schoolhouse Apartments property for your student while they are attending Bloomsburg University. Call us for a showing and tour of our facility. Below, for your review, is a copy of our Lease Agreement and an Addendum which is required by the Town of Bloomsburg. We ask that you and your student sign the Lease and Addendum. You or your student can then return the paperwork with the respective deposit to our on-site manager, Rick, or mail it to our Fort Washington address. Deposits, semester rents and parking fees can be paid via check or money order. |
